Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, hosting or entering a tournament, making a payment, uploading content, communicating with others, or contacting support.

• Account details such as name, email address, optional phone number, profile photo, date of birth, and sign-in provider.
• Tournament, registration, score, catch, payment-status, message, sponsor, and notification records.
• Catch-photo evidence, capture time, tournament identifier, and location only when the tournament requires it and you grant permission.
• Device, browser, IP address, usage, diagnostics, and security-event information.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure AnglerHost, operate tournament workflows, process registrations and payment status, communicate with users, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use precise location for advertising.
• Tournament Directors may access evidence and records needed to judge catches, confirm payments, or settle disputes.

Service providers and other users

We share information only as needed with service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Expo, mapping providers, and hosting vendors; with Tournament Directors acting within their permissions; when you choose to make information public; or when required for safety, security, or law.

• Stripe handles payments made directly to AnglerHost; AnglerHost does not store full card numbers.
• Tournament registrations, standings, results, and public profiles may be visible according to the tournament settings.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while your account or an associated tournament needs it, and longer where required for records, disputes, safety, fraud prevention, or law. Catch photos are scheduled for deletion 30 days after tournament closure unless held for an active dispute or legal need.

• You can update profile and notification settings in My Profile.
• You can request account deletion in My Profile or on the Account Deletion page.
• Deleting an account may not remove finalized public results, required financial records, or de-identified historical standings.

Children and contact

AnglerHost accounts are not intended for children under 13. A minor's participation may require a parent or guardian and additional tournament safeguards. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@stormwindsolutions.com.
